I had a wonderful experience working with Evan and Don Johnson over the past 5 months or so. We started working with Evan in about March of 2021, unsure if we were ready to buy our first house. Evan was incredibly helpful and patient. He walked us through probably close to 50 houses, zeroing in on our likes and dislikes and presenting us with multiple offmarket opportunities (which are like gold in the market we are currently working with!).
